DELIVERY AND WARRANTY POLICY

1. Warranty conditions:
For devices that are granted a warranty card, the warranty card must be presented and have a warranty stamp of DUY HOA PHAT that is still within the warranty period.
The warranty stamp, serial number barcode of the product must be intact, without signs of scraping, erasing, tearing, or fading.
Damages to the appliance are determined to be due to manufacturer errors.
2. No warranty for:
The device shows signs of foreign solutions, water ingress, dampness, broken blood vessels, scratches, chips, dents, deformations, signs of fire and explosion, melasma, edema, rust, rats and bugs, insect infestation, etc.
Equipment is damaged due to natural disasters, fires, unstable power supply use or improper installation and transportation, etc.
Accessories attached to the device such as: Charger, adapter, AC power cord, products included with the promotion
3. Time to settle the exchange
Products exchanged immediately are processed within 03 days if the goods are available in stock or depending on the time of purchase (if new goods are not available in stock)
Products that need to be appraised due to manufacturing defects need to be sent to the company for inspection within 15 - 30 days (except Sundays and holidays)
4. Cases of refusal to exchange goods
Failure to meet the exchange conditions as stated above
Goods purchased more than 03 days ago
The goods look new, still have the same label but show signs of being dirty, scratched, the accessories of the goods are no longer complete or damaged due to factors outside the store after purchase.
Product damaged due to customer error: Faded product color, stamps, labels
5. Returns
Duy Hoa Phat does not accept returns for money in any case.
6. Delivery
Depending on the conditions of each contract, after receiving the payment, we will proceed to deliver the goods to the project.
